1. About BragBracket

BragBracket is a private sports prediction game for invite-only groups. Members make Calls (score predictions) on upcoming matches, compete on a group leaderboard, and banter in a private feed. There is no real-money gambling, no odds marketplace, and no payouts.

By using the service, you agree to these terms and to use the product only for friendly competition among people you know.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use BragBracket. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws.

3. No real-money gambling

BragBracket does not offer real-money stakes, odds, or payouts. Points and rankings are for entertainment only within your private group.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to harass other members, post hateful or unlawful content, spam the feed, or attempt to disrupt the service. Organizers may remove members or revoke invites at their discretion. We may suspend access for serious abuse.

5. Privacy and data

To run your group we store: your display name, group membership, predictions (Calls), comments and reactions, and basic activity for the feed and leaderboard. If you sign in with email, we store your account identifier linked to Supabase Auth. We do not sell your data. A fuller Privacy Policy is available at bragbracket.com/privacy.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be raised via the contact email below.
